Hello Everyone,

Lately things have been going exceptionally well with the cannabis plants.

Two Big Mac Superstar and two Miracle Mack's that are more of a crossbreed with Big Mack Superstar, are the stars of the upcoming flowering show. They are all females and are clones.

I finally figured out that the pH for my water has been quite a bit too high for my cannabis plants, and this explains a lot of the issues I've been having. At least it would seem that way, as my plants have vigorously improved in overall health in the past few days.

They are still in a vegetation cycle and I'm only putting them in the flowering tent during the day when I have lights on. It's a bit of work moving them back and forth from the kitchen veg tent to the big flowering tent, but it's worth it because the quality of light they receive is far better during these hours.

During the day the vegetation tent, which stays on for twenty four hours a day, looks like this:

Then when the flowering tents timer kicks the lights off they're back in the vegetation tent.

One might wonder why I don't just turn off the timer of the flowering tent and leave them in the better environment twenty four hours a day, and that's a very logical thought. There's a specific reason why I cannot do this, and it is because I'm usually always flowering cannabis plants in different stages of growth and must always maintain a flowering environment.

Like these flowering plants right here. We can see some dead foliage on them, as well as coloration issues with the foliage. There's a few reasons for this really, but these are unknown strain experiment seeds that are not of the highest importance for my current operations. The pH was a big factor in their issues, as well as small pots and over feeding. They are still rocking some really nice nuggets though, which is surprising.

I also have this monster of a cayenne pepper plant in the twelve hour tent. I can't fathom moving it anywhere else, as it has nearly tripled in size and improved in health drastically over the past few months. I'm really so happy with how it is doing. Let's have a look:

I've lost count of how many rounds of peppers this plant has given me over the past couple of years, but it's a long-term success of a plant that loves its life and is gearing up to give me one of its most impressive rounds of peppers yet, I can just feel it. Once upon a time it needed those little trellis's down there, now they're hardly even used by the plant, as it has blown up so big that it shadows over them. I'm leaving them there anyway because they are super cool.

I also have this clone that barely made it.

My last clipping round was a month ago. Five Big Mac Superstar clones, but only two of them made it due to all the pH problems. I'm ok with that though because I'm getting ready to try out some new strains that derangedvisions@derangedvisions hooked me up with.

Speaking of which, it looks like the part 3 in the germination series will be coming soon, as the Crystal Candy has popped in the paper towel. I will just wait now for it to completely open up before planting in the soil.

I think it's really amazing how far technology has brought us with things like indoor gardening. It's almost unfathomable to think one can have giant aloes and exotic plants living in a tent in their home, but as we can see with my posts on Hive, this is definitely a doable thing!

Wouldn't you all agree with how amazing that is?

I'd love to read all about it in the comment section!

Thank you for stopping by,

Have a great day! -futuremind@futuremind
