Hello Everyone,
We are now in the last seven days of flowering cycle with these cannabis plants.
The two strains growing are Big Mack Superstar and Miracle Mack.
I've been growing cannabis with a high level of dedication since its legalization in New York State.
I have been studying the plant for about 15 years however, because I've always had a fascination with it.
My last year in the Marine Corps I liked to joke around with fellow enlisted personnel, telling them I was one day going to be a world famous cannabis cultivator, and that I would regularly read forums teaching me how to grow the plant. They mostly thought I was a little crazy but I really meant it, as we now can see :D
I feel like I'm well on my way to achieving my goal, and I really don't care about any kind of personal fame associated with cannabis, but creating a world famous strain would definitely fulfill this goal for me.
It's a goal I intend to achieve, but even if it doesn't happen, I'm really happy with being able to say I can grow some good weed with confidence now. That's a dream come true for me, and now even people who thought I was a little crazy find themselves admitting that it's pretty crazy that I indeed achieved this and it became legal here so I can be pretty open about it.
It took lots of mistakes and frustrations along the way, pulling in harvests that were very underweight, foliage dropping that made no sense, and just trial and error after more trial and error.
I've always been ok with making mistakes though. I really don't like mistakes, and it's indeed frustrating, but I believe it is the measure of a man how much he can get knocked down and get back up for another round.. I'm pretty persistent and don't like to fail, so it's this drive that has helped me achieve a nice looking cannabis grow.
Could it still use improvement?
Absolutely, because once I'm a pro I don't think I can learn anything else, so I'll never call myself a pro grower. There's always something new to learn.
So let's inspect these trichomes at the macro level now.

The Miracle Mack is showing good maturation with the trichomes. My estimation says they are right on target for 7 days remaining.
Now let's have a look at the Big Mack Superstar.

Between these two plants, the Big Mack Superstar seems to be the star of the show, at least in my opinion. It's a prettier plant and is superior with both the looks and the smell, but the Miracle Mack is still a beautiful plant, packing lots of heavy trichome coverage, and she offers a more sedative high, whereas the BMS is more of a Sativa head hitter, good for day time medicating.
The BMS seems further along in maturation than the MM's, but I will probably harvest them all at the same time, and it might be a couple of days early depending on how heavy the amber coloration becomes in the next couple of days.
That will do it for this update.
What do you all think of these cannabis plants?
I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section!

Have a great day! -@futuremind
