Hello folks,
welcome to my latest blog. Before we start with todays blog I would like to mention few things, nowadays after the panademic few people are really disturbed they are devastated because few lost their loved ones, few lost their job, few lost their will to live, etc. So we can never say that people around us, or around the globe what exactly they are going through, what they fighting with. My today's topic of discussion is how do I cope up with stress, might be my today's blog can help anyone, and if it did help than my sharing of experience would be successful.
First of all let's start the discussion with how drastically a person's condition can become when he is in stress. We all have been in stress once in our life some would have exams stress, some would have financial stress, some would have family stress, etc. With stress in all such life situation people tend to loose their calmness and dicision making capabilities. They take irrational dicision, which they will be going to regret afterwards, they loose control on their self, on thier thoughts, and on their emotions. Having constant stress can really have impact on health, thoughts, mental state, perspective, personality, and even on surroundings also.

Few things one can do to be away from stress or to cope up from stress is that try doing meditation, yoga, doing things which you like to do, it can anything like drawing, listening music, walking, talking to someone with whom you like to spend time, etc. For me there has been many stress full situation like financial one, family one, work stress, study one. And to get out of it I always have one solution that is to talk to someone about it, or to do an deep thinking of the situation and possible solutions to get out of the situation or else any alternative to the perfect escape from it. Majorly these things have worked for me and if anytime I feel that anything which I am doing is mentally putting even a little bit of stress, making me feel like exhaust I normally take a decent enough break from that thing and divert my attention from it to online gaming or listening music or watching web series, anime, any video on youtube / social media, or internet surfing.
But the best advice which I can give is to talk about that thing with someone, about the situation in which you are physically and mentally both. To think calmly about the situation what will be the worst scenario, what the best you can do about it, what can be the best solution to get out of it.
