This is my contribution to 
Now, for my logo design submission, I went for the circular template. The overall design also features the Philippine flag and its colors. One of the requirements is to make it look friendly, that's why I formed the banners to make it look like it is smiling. Obviously, the main motif of this logo are the three (3) stars and a sun, which resembles the flag as well.
Without further ado, I present to you the final result:

The software used are Autocad for the creation of initial draft of the logo while Photoshop was used to finalize the shape and colorize it.
