I planted these special hybrid seeds from "Seeds of Change" a special hybrid they created called "Dark Star." Even when they got this big, the seeds weren't really an issue and I shredded it and saut茅ed it and it came out just fine. Tender and flavorful. Even when cut up into discs when they are this big, this variety still had good flavor and did not get overly tough. Very proficient and good storage life in fridge.
