I have started tipping others after starting Dolphin Assemble Community.
Being a dolphin, my max upvote can only be about $0.14 so it is limited but I can easily tip others via peakd with a larger amount on a post or comment now.
The use of tip also will have 1% being burnt as tip burn fee that is sent to null.
One of the main advantages of using the tip function is we do not need to go into the transfer when we need to input the recipient’s name.
The tip function also allows us to tip others with different cryptocurrencies but I have yet to try it.
I guess learning is a never-ending process and we need to step out to try new things.
I was reluctant to use it initially but it really makes rewarding others easier and it does help the value of the Hive with the burning fee to null.
I guess we can expect more wonderful initiative as we continue to progress in this Hive platform.
Tipping has allowed us to reward content creators or our commenters beyond our upvote power.
