In the last few days I've noticed the quality of my diet has gone down, and I've been feeling craving for certain foods that I haven't felt in a while.
So, I've decided to go for a gentle version of a fast, eating only fruits for 7 days or so.
What this process does, in my experience, is make my body and my mind more sensitive and make it possible for me to heal the deep tendencies that are causing the cravings.
