On my second day of fruit fasting (or as some like to call it "fruit feasting") I started to feel increased sensitivity of my body as well as my surrounding.
This is partly pleasant, as there is an expansion of perception and the senses, and partly unpleasant because one starts to feel the blockages and contractions in the body that are otherwise below the perception threshold.
During a fast it's very common that I feel cravings for unhealthy foods. In my view, this is mainly due to entities and organisms of parasitical nature that exist in my body and start to lose their food during the fast.
As Dr. Cassar puts it, whenever you feel craving for food that you know is not good for your body, ask yourself, "Am I hungry, or are they hungry?"
