Muchos nos preguntan por la exigencia de presentar un vídeo para validar la membresía dentro de la comunidad y las únicas excepciones a la regla son dos: que el proponente tenga una reputación igual o mayor a 70 en la cadena o que el aspirante se encuentre residenciado en Cuba, en cuyo caso existe un convenio con @hivecuba para incorporar a dicho aspirante, siempre que @manuphotos valide su identidad personalmente. Lamentablemente no podemos hacer otras excepciones porque la realidad es que necesitamos presentar un feed limpio a los votantes que apoyan a nuestros autores.

Many ask us about the requirement to submit a video to validate membership within the community and the only exceptions to the rule are two: that the proponent has a reputation equal to or greater than 70 in the network or that the applicant is residing in Cuba, in which case there is an agreement with @hivecuba to incorporate the applicant, provided that @manuphotos personally validates his identity. Unfortunately we cannot make other exceptions because the reality is that we need to present a clean feed to the voters who support our authors.
