The issue of regulations for BTC and cryptocurrencies is something that is becoming more and more notorious, and it is that everything that the bitcoin bull market is generating is flooding with kilometers of writings about cryptocurrencies, either on specialized portals or the traditional press pro and against BTC, something very difficult to digest lightly.

I heard a reflection from a preacher some time ago, and the illustration I don't know if it belonged to him or someone else but he said the following: "There are people who when they see you undertake a project they will tell you that it is not feasible, that you will fail in the attempt When they see that you do not stop and that the project is progressing, then they will try to tell you how to do it, and they will want to give you recommendations, so that when you achieve success you can say that they contributed to your success and appear in the photo."

Bitcoin case.

Without being an expert in the market I think that this is happening with Bitcoin, many of those who historically opposed BTC, its strongest detractors, those who spoke of a bubble that would easily deflate and those who predicted death when bitcoin touched a year ago. time the $ 3,000 barrier, today many have retracted.

Now there are those who ride the wave of regulations, and I am not saying that regulations are wrong, but I think that some regulators want to present themselves as the saviors of BTC, applying a framework of regulations for a better use of cryptocurrencies, just to benefit. and appear in the photo when BTC and cryptocurrencies scale to higher valuation levels.

Some experts say that the price level that bitcoin is reaching is partly due to the large number of people who enter the ecosystem and register to invest in BTC. For me this makes a lot of logic, a couple of years ago when I learned about cryptocurrencies one of the first things I learned is that the value of cryptocurrencies is based on the level of acceptance of each asset, that is, the value is given to you the confidence and interest that people have in owning said asset.

With millions of people interested in investing in bitcoin right now and a good number trying to protect what they already have, it is to be expected that prices will remain, and even rise.

I return to the regulations.

Governments and institutions are trying to take control of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and are developing regulations all over the world, in some countries the use of BTC has even been banned, however, bitcoin continues to gallop trying to break its own historical barrier all over the world. days.

Some speculate that an attempt is being made to introduce a regulation that would prohibit the use of bitcoin in the world, I don't know if that is possible but it sounds very dangerous for enthusiastic cryptocurrency investors.

"Bitcoin regulations differ widely from state to state. Bitcoin's legal status, thus far, has not been firmly established, leading to unsustainable regulatory policies in the industry. Bitcoin regulations can be strict and prohibit the use of Bitcoin together, as in Algeria and Bolivia; its use may be restricted to certain types of entities, such as financial institutions in China; or it could be fully legal and implemented in the tax system, as in Israel. Most of the regulations on Bitcoin are not established directly to control Bitcoin itself, but to manage all cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin is one of them. Many central financial authorities do not recognize Bitcoin as a currency and regulate it, rather, as an asset, indicating that they would not regulate their use, but they will warn their citizens about the high risks that their use entails."
Cointelegraph

In conclusion.

I think that bitcoin and cryptocurrencies generate a kind of "morbid" where many do not dare to completely discard their use, not having a certainty that it will happen in a few months or years, with these assets people find themselves in a uncertainty, between having a position in counting and losing the benefits it could generate, or definitively adopting cryptocurrencies as a reliable investment asset.

As there are also others who are taking advantage of the great rise in cryptocurrencies and benefiting a lot from this, these people believe that cryptocurrencies are the economy of the future and they are betting on them.
