I doubt that in a Latin American country it would have responded so quickly or the effort had been made to build a specialized health center for the problem, unfortunately I doubt very much that the reality about the epidemic would have even been published until it reached levels that were impossible to hide.

Unfortunately I must say that you are right and it is sad to have to accept it because there is a global threat that continues to spread, as you say, there have been cases outside the Chinese borders.
