We spoke about two books, "The Lean Startup" and "Zero to One" and tried to tie the primary message of these books to the startup culture of the food industry. We had an impromptu guest @choogirl talk about her experience being vegan. She briefly spoke about what her diet looks like on a typical day! Overall, there was a lot of discussion about food processing, vegan alternatives and new things going on in the food industry.
