I’ve been a strong advocate of JURY NULLIFICATION for as long as I’ve been a public advocate of Marijuana legalization. LOOK LIKE THEY BOTH will be colliding AGAIN soon...Maybe as early as Oct 29th....come on Sweeney/Scutari present this garbage so I can immediately challenge it with a JURY and publicly WHOOP Angelo Onofri and his squad of minions again.

I can't stop Scutari's RACIST EXCLUSIONARY bill from getting before Gov. Murphy who i hope VETOES it....

This bill being set up and created by Senator Scutari wouldn't be passed by a citizen VOTE. Senator Scutari has been BRIBED by the cannabaggers to write the laws to cater to them only and they obviously don't want HOME GROW or those already involved in the black-market marijuana industry to compete with this newly created WHITE INDUSTRY.
Prosecutions of pot charges will get no support from a JURY. I’m 100% willing to show these CORRUPT politicians what the American JURY system was designed for JURY NULLIFICATION.
