Rice Crackers
My family loves senbei,otherwise known as rice crackers. We tried these particular ones for the first time and they were really delicious. The packaging had designs of flowers and really brought on a feeling of spring.
The crackers were crispy and were all coated with kinako powder (roasted soy flour). Each cracker was enclosed in colorful paper. At one point, we thought there were probably different flavors. They were all however the same.
Each cracker left us feeling for another. We went from one to the next until they were all done.
