I can imagine it would be steep if few. I think whatever was “our first experience” or first regular experiences of taste, marks our expectation for that particular cuisine. It becomes a “taste of home”. I really hope I’m making sense here. I’m hungry now so anything could go wrong in this conversation. 😂😂😂
