Hi ReggaeJahmmers and fellow hivers. For this week’s dashout, I’m sharing lunch I recently had. It was fairly delicious but not too long after eating, I felt a bit hungry. Let’s have a closer look at what’s on the tray.
There’s a bowl of rice, a mini salad, pickles, a milk dessert, rolled eggs with shrimp and edamame, soup, dumpling, shrimp with bits of vegetables and jasmine tea. It seemed more like a fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
I do miss having Chinese food in Jamaica. Loved the taste of it and one thing that always stood out was the quantity. A serving usually shares for several family members.
