Thought I’d share with you a simple vegetable platter. Just two ingredients, well,three if you want to count your favorite salad dressing.
Usually the 🥒 cucumbers at my supermarket are quite small and slim.
This particular time, they had a selection of big ones. I bought one and got some decent slices. I arranged them on the plate and added some carrot 🥕 curls to the centre. My family had it with roasted sesame seed dressing.
