Amen. :D That is so true, if you aren't a second, third, etc... generation homesteader/farmer its very hard to get things going on a homestead. :D We are in the boat where it would be wonderful if we had a greenhouse and a tractor with a hay cutter and baler and a bush hog attachment. :D Unfortunately, we don't have any of those so we have to struggle with a few small garden beds, clearing land by hand, and finding enough hay for our herd or we have to sell off/butcher some of them to get the others through the winter with the limited hay we can get. :D

We keep going because despite all the struggles and setbacks we still really love having our homestead and we just keep praying for a miracle in our finances that will allow us to get the things we need to keep on going into the future. :D

Hopefully God will show you how to get what you need to get back to your own homestead in the near future too. :D Until then, I guess we both/all need to be a bit more patient and keep praying for that day to come when we aren't struggling with infrastructure or equipment requirements. :D
