It is a male thing to have a hairy chest or a man-rug. One of my grandsons saw my hairy chest the other day and said "Yuck all hairy". This seems to be the attitude of many if not all movie directors who force their male leads to wax or shave their chest and back. Some actors manage to keep their man-rugs, like Tom Selleck below, and they are lucky.
I feel sorry for women who go through the agony of hair removal in the most delicate of places, just to do what society expects of them. Hoorah for those women who ignore peer pressure and sport hairy underarms.
There is no woman beautiful enough to make me want to remove my man-rug.
