The first thing is to cut the bases of each of the pieces. In this case, I used two shades of brown, one lighter and one darker.

What's this for?

Well, these would be the bases for the ice cream, or what we know as cookies.

With a foam roller I made the shape of a popsicle and ice cream and with white foam I made what would be a meringue on one of the bases (for better understanding see the images)

With everything already cut out, the next step is to give each of the figures shape. With the brown strips, I wanted to make an allusion to the marks that cookies usually have.

I made a small cherry decoration on the tip

I made small ice cream cone cutouts and with black foam and a little white paint I gave them shape and details.

And this is how the Kawaii ice creams turned out. If anyone has leftover eyes, you could add something extra to their surroundings and they would look much prettier. Thank you for your attention.
