After consultation with hivewatchers@hivewatchers, we have muted several (60+) accounts linked to known spammers.

Additionally, to protect our community (and Hive in general), we will no longer curate accounts on a spaminator@spaminator or hivewatchers@hivewatchers blacklist, nor will these accounts be eligible for any prizes/rewards issued by the Freewriters Community. This means if you are downvoted by spaminator@spaminator, do not be surprised if you are no longer curated by the daily.prompt@daily.prompt / zapfic.club@zapfic.club / freewritehouse@freewritehouse or felt.buzz@felt.buzz accounts.

If you are on a blacklist - by mistake, or because you've made a mistake in the past (who hasn't?) - you can work with hivewatchers@hivewatchers to get off it. They are generally very helpful and not as scary as they might at first seem (if you approach them in the right way)!

I hope you understand and work with us to help Freewriters - and Hive - thrive.

Big love to you all

felt.buzz@felt.buzz and the freewritehouse@freewritehouse team
