Friday and for me is a day that i don't work because i normally do Saturdays. I wake up late, had breakfast late, went outside to kick the football ball and then put my running clothes and went running until i couldn't no more and return home walking very slowly, but on the way i passed on macdonalds and bought food and now i'm eating it in the sofa and watching tv.
