I know what you are thinking...hearing isn't hard. I am not talking about the act of hearing, I am talking about the processing that comes once you hear something. Yesterday, I was listening to an amazing recording of Sadhguru at a college campus talking about consciousness. Some of it was hard to hear.
When we hear new things or new ideas it puts us in a position to respond. Not really responding out loud, but we surely start responding in our own minds about what we just heard.
Today I want to talk about the challenging idea of our bodies and who we are. At least I think it is challenging. We may think of plenty of labels that would identify WHAT we are, but not who we are. This is a life long journey for understanding I am sure, but on the way I think it is always important to think about it.
Our bodies are the most advanced technology on the planet. We eat food and our bodies turn it into human. That almost seems magical. I guess we can either write off how amazing we truly are as humans, or we can acknowledge that there may be more to us that we can see.
Be well
