The idea of using CBD Oil is new to me. Just in the last year and a half. I do have some great results though.
It started with doing alot of research. You can't just take someone's word for it. So I found a brand that I thought would be good. I can track it from seed to bottle.
I have found that it helps to settle my mind, and take the edge off of my pain. There is more in the video!
