Getting out and about is pretty nice sometimes. Life seems to be happening everyday, and sometimes we just sit around the house and not do anything. We find ourselves surrounded by our closest friends on social media while we enjoy some show we are binge watching.
Just outside there are animals that are enjoying their lives, just being themselves. Not a care in the world just eat, sleep, and breed. Sometimes I think it is fair to be a bit jealous of the animals outside while I am stuck in my cage. It is the worst sort of cage...it is the kind that I don't notice that I am in.
This past weekend my inlaws came into town and we took them out on the town and showed them around. One of the nicest features of where we are currently settled is the water. There are lakes all around us, and even a couple of very large lakes. While we were walking around we saw some beautiful ducks that were helping themselves to some cherries that had fallen from a tree. They carried on like we were not even there. I don't have a fancy or professional camera, so I use the one on my phone. I was able to get right up to these little guys and get these shots.
When it comes to sharing life quickly and sharing pictures from my life, it usually comes like a short post, or a short blog. In the environment of #newsteem I am a bit nervous to post this amazing experience and this nice photo due to it being seen as "not quite what we are looking for on #newsteem". I can remember a time when a wonderful Dapp called Steepshot would allow us to share photos quickly and just a small paragraph. I really enjoyed that opportunity to share, and sometimes it is nice to not have to spend an entire day writing a post just so you can share your life with others.
I am not a blogger. I am a vlogger. I make videos that talk about everything from fitness to philosophy. I enjoy the universe that flows through the world around me, and I am glad to get a chance to share it with you.
I hope you are enjoying our adventure as much as we are.
Be well.
