Like messing around with the mouth of a dragon...today I lit my new gas forge forthe first time.
I ordered this new Devil Forge just two weeks ago. It was delivered quickly, and the set up was just as quick. There was some waiting time while I waiting for the d
rigitizer coating to dry and harden on the inside.
My last forge was made from a recycled well tank and a bathroom exhaust fan. I would burn wood and coal outside under a tree. This is a major step up for sure.
The plan is to use this forge to create custom knives. I should be able to control the temperature and really step up the quality of the knives I am used to making.
Today I am taking you into the shop to fire it up! I hope you enjoy this first time experience with me!
