Relationships and marriage are definitely difficult and require their own work. However, they can also be quite rewarding when you find someone for whom you care and who cares for you as well. Loneliness certainly wouldn't help someone in your condition; consider that if you have a relationship, you may find meaning in taking care of your significant other.

Regarding the travel, that's actually a very interesting idea. What if you travel and find work wherever you go? There are people out there who live this type of lifestyle.
