Another week and another Splinterlands challenge. As I mentioned before, since this new update in the daily quest rewards and end of season rewards, the game has become much more competitive and therefore, more difficult, everyone wants to collect enough daily chests to qualify for decent rewards (and although my end of season sucked), I will still try to accumulate as many chests as possible. It's time to talk about this week's challenge and the card chosen for this week is one of my favorite deck: Death, it's also a card that has become one of my favorites since these last weeks, it's quite useful and powerful when placed in the right position, that card is: Silent Sha-vi.

In this first battle was quite impressive as it unfolded, my opponent had LVL advantage in both some of his cards (although this is often irrelevant), but his summoner was at LVL 8, although it is also quite irrelevant on several occasions, and this particular battle was one of those occasions, as I was able to win with relative ease. My formation in this battle consisted of cards such as: Cursed Windeku, which is a card that since this new season began with the update of the rewards, I have used it quite a lot, much more than before, in fact, this was a card that very rarely used it, but I have realized that it is quite useful to counter the enemy attack. The next in position is: Boogeyman, which is a card that due to its abilities is quite a nuisance for my opponent and gives me an advantage in some aspects of the battle. As this week's challenge dictates, next in the lineup is: Silent Sha-vi, which is a card, as I have already mentioned, that has slowly become one of my favorites in the Death deck. The next card in the lineup and adding more negative buffs to my enemy is: Undead Priest, one of the most classic cards in this deck. And while I'm on the subject of classic Death deck cards, one of them is: Twisted Jester, another of my favorites and at the end of the formation, also helping in the ranged attack is: Undead Archer.

BATTLE 1

It is always a strong challenge to battle with a legendary summoner, even if it is at LVL 1, it is still a very lethal card due to all the benefits it can give to the cards, you can't always beat a summoner like "Scarred Llama Mage", but in this battle I was able to do it thanks to a very successful formation. In first position, one of my favorite cards of all Splinterlands: Haunted Spirit, thanks to its ability to heal itself, is a battle tank. In the next position, Silent Sha-vi could not be missing, doing his duty. In the following positions, I mostly used cards with great attack power and with many life points, so Undead Rexx, Phantasm and in the last position, again Cursed Windeku, since the "Super Sneak" rule was active, due to Cursed Windeku's thorns ability, most of my opponent's cards received damage. And in penultimate position and to annoy a little with its poison is: Haunted Spider. This strategy helped me to defeat a card like "Scarred Llama Mage", which is a very powerful card.
