Revealer has become one of my favorite cards in the DEATH deck, it is a very useful magic attack card despite having few life points, however, it makes up for it with the "Stun" ability, which has helped me win a lot of battles, being this card the MVP of many of them, that is why today, this card is the protagonist of the two battles of the day:
In this first battle, my opponent and I were in almost equal conditions, we used similar cards although in strategy varies a little and this was my strategy: In first position I placed another of those cards from the DEATH deck, which like Revealer, I have been using a lot in my battles because its ability "Thorns" has been very useful many times, that card is: Cursed Windeku, a card which in addition to having the aforementioned ability, is also a card with good attack points and speed, but especially has a lot of life points, exactly about 10 life points (at LVL 3). In second position I placed the main card of today: Revealer, card in addition to having the ability mentioned above, "Stun", also has: "Immunity". The next three cards are the most classic cards of the DEATH deck, being those cards in order: Undead Priest, a card with negative abilities such as "Weaken" and "Slow", which greatly affect the opponent. The next card is: Twisted Jester, another of my favorite cards in this deck, a quite useful ranged attack card despite its age and the current bad balancing Splinterlands has. And the last classic card of the DEATH deck in this battle is: Haunted Spider, another card with a very annoying ability for the opponent as "Poison". And in last position is a classic card of classics but of all Splinterlands: Furious Chicken.
In this second battle I changed the strategy a little bit with respect to the first one, but some cards were kept, well, exactly only two cards, one of them is logically Revealer and the other card is Haunted Spider. Anyway, this was my strategy for this second battle: In first position I placed the card that was the protagonist card of last week's "battles of the day": Harklaw, a card which I consider to be more defensive than offensive, as it has abilities and stats that make it a very resistant card. Repeating again in the second position: Revealer, a card I already talked about before. In the next two positions I thought of placing cards with the "Opportunity" ability, but why? I don't really have an exact reason why I decided to use those two cards with that ability, it just occurred to me at the moment, because maybe I thought it could be very useful. And those two cards are: Maggots and Parasitic Growth. While I was writing this post I realized that the design of these two cards are two species of parasitic worms, very curious. Anyway, in penultimate position, again I placed in formation to: Haunted Spider. And in last position another of those cards that I use a lot with the DEATH deck: Dark Ferryman, a card of attack to range and with very useful "Cripple" ability.
