What Doesn't Kill You PORTADA.png

Another week and another Splinterlands challenge, this time, the selected Battle Rule is: What Doesn't Kill You, which consists in that all the cards that are in the battlefield will get the "Enrage" ability, which allows you to increase the speed and the Melee attack of the cards being this a very useful ability for Melee type cards, so these are the two battles of today with the Battle Rule What Doesn't Kill You:

My two battles today are mostly composed of the DEATH deck, being this first battle the most varied in the amount of cards used, because in this battle I had a greater amount of mana available and therefore, the strategy to be used and the amount of cards, logically, is much wider. So the strategy was as follows: In this battle in addition to having the Battle Rule What Doesn't Kill You, there was also a second rule, which was: Melee Mayhem, so it was a perfect opportunity to put together a strategy composed mostly by Melee cards. In first position I placed: PHANTASM, a Melee card that has abilities like "Flying", which makes it perfect to fight against other cards of the same type, as well as against cards of the Rank Attack type, but in addition, it also has a second ability: "Return Fire"; being even more effective against cards of the Magic Attack type, also PHANTASM is a card that in terms of stats is very good, it is a strong card, although not as strong as the following ones that are in this formation.

In second position is another card that also has the ability "Flying" and that card is: PELACOR DECEIVER, a card that has a huge amount of life points and compared to its low mana cost (5 mana points) is a card that pays a lot to use. In third position is: UNDEAD REXX, one of the Melee cards that I like most of the whole game, it is extremely powerful thanks to its five (5) attack points and also has a large amount of life, a card with a great resistance. But if we talk about resistance, HARKLAW is a card that thanks to its "Shield" ability, makes it very resistant to attacks from other cards of the same type, coupled with that, it is a card with very good stats in general terms, thus increasing its efficiency in battle, it also has the ability "Immunity", which because of this makes it able to be immune (as its name suggests) to negative buffs. In penultimate position is a card that at the time was one of the strongest, that card is: GOBLIN TECH, a card that was the Melee card par excellence in his time and even today is a card that I use a lot in numerous battles because of its great utility. In terms of stats GOBLIN TECH is very powerful, both offensively and defensively. And to close the formation, in last position is the only card of the Rank Attack type: HAUNTED SPIDER, which has the very useful and annoying ability "Poison", being this an ability that can give great advantage in battle.

This second battle is the simplest thing that can be, due to the small amount of mana that was available (only 14 mana points) the strategies that could be done were very scarce, however despite that, I already had in mind what cards I wanted to use for this short battle, which were: In first position I placed one of my oldest cards: HAUNTED SPIRIT, which besides being a card with good stats, has skills like "Tank Heal" and "Magic Reflect" which is a card with a fairly considerable resistance. And in the next two and last positions are cards that have the ability "Sneak"; one of my favorite abilities of the whole game. Those two cards are: ASSASSIN SKELETON and URAEUS. And so simple, but effective was this strategy with which I was able to win with a wide margin of victory to my opponent.

What Doesn't Kill You:

What Doesn't Kill You SEPARADOR.png
