Hi guys, Let me talk to you about my recent eating adventures here on Steemit. Yesterday, I ate La paz batchoy from Pedro Gil in Manila.

This noodle soup is a combination of different pork, chicken, and beef parts. So here we go, The first thing that I want you guys to see is the La paz batchoy of pork. This one contains Pork rind chicharon which is crispy and crunchy to bite. And creamy when being soaked in the soup stock. As you can see here on my photograph, it contains pork strips, pork liver, poached egg and noodles that are hand-pulled. It also has onion chives.
