Inside the Cauldron, I hitched rides on moving metal carriers and leaped between robotic arms above an electrified drop. After timing a risky jump to reach the central core, I bypassed the final door, only to find robotic arms restoring a massive machine I must destroy before overriding the node.
Hoping to catch a ride through the sprawling facility, I waited for a moving metal carrier to pass beneath my ledge. Timing the drop, I leaped off the platform, allowing Aloy to grab hold of the frame and ride the transport across the chamber.
Knowing the track passed directly through a hazardous energy shield that would slice through her on contact, I dropped down after getting to a safe distant.
There were a series of mechanical arms extending toward the central core. I leaped from one arm to the next, enjoying the rhythm of coordinating each jump over the drop.
Reaching the far side required navigating around the outer structure, climbing across exposed conduits, and sliding down to line up with the lower mechanical arms. The floor below glowed with a lethal electric field, leaving no margin for error if I misjudged a jump.
Exercising patience, I waited for the arms to align and launched across the gap, landing safely on the final platform near the core.
To reach the main platform, I needed to catch another high-altitude metal carrier, but the alignment seemed off. Aloy appeared to hang too low beneath the track, leaving me uncertain about the distance.
After hesitating and examining the gap for several minutes, I decided to attempt the risky jump anyway. I launched into the air, grabbed the carrier frame, and held on tightly as the transport carried us directly toward the central node.
After releasing the carrier getting to safety, I leaped toward the walkway, nearly falling into the abyss before Aloy managed to haul herself over the ledge. I stepped up to the massive portal and initiated the override sequence to access the inner chamber.
Slipping into the core room, I observed several automated mechanical arms attempting to assemble and power up a colossal machine sealed inside a force field
Realizing I would need to destroy the machine before securing the Cauldron, I paused at the edge to craft maximum ammunition and traps before stepping into the arena.
The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.
SEE YOU.
