I found a powerful deathbringer gun after defeating the rebels. After clearing the area and using a key on a valuable box, I flew toward an unknown signal on my Sunwing. The search led me underwater into a crashed vessel, where I retrieved a black box recording.
I found a powerful deathbringer gun after fighting through the enemy forces. The weapon felt heavy. I picked it up without hesitation and wished I could use it to shoot down the rebels with ease but I didn't notice it before.
While scanning the area, I noticed a group of people nearby. At first, I thought they were more rebels and prepared to shoot them down with my new gun. However, I quickly realized they were not hostiles, so I lowered my weapon and let them pass in peace.
I moved through the area until I found something to use the key I looted from the rebel leader. I brought it over to a locked box and used it to open the container, revealing several valuable supplies hidden inside.
With the local threats cleared and my work at the site finished, I decided it was time to leave. I called my mount to pick me up and carry me away from the clearing.
My journey continued as I finished clearing out the rebel post. I spotted a shelter nearby, so I took a rest and saved my progress before moving on to my next task.
I mounted my Sunwing once again and took to the sky. While soaring through the air, I noticed an unidentified signal coming from the direction of a nearby Horus structure, so I redirected my flight to investigate.
I landed near the site and jumped off my mount. The signal seemed confusing at first, as it did not originate directly from the Horus itself. The further I walked, the further away the source felt, showing me I needed a better angle.
I called my Sunwing back to search the wider area from above. As I flew over the terrain, I realized the mysterious signal was actually coming from deep underwater.
I jumped down to the water and dove straight in to check it out. As I swam deeper, I noticed several machines patrolling the area around a wreckage.
I kept my distance from the machines and pushed forward toward the source of the transmission. The indicator on my focus guided me directly toward a massive sunken vessel.
I searched the hull of the crashed ship until I found a small breach in the metal. I squeezed through the opening and made my way inside the dark, flooded interior.
I located the source of the transmission inside, which turned out to be an old black box. I accessed the recording and listened to the final words of a second officer, realizing the entire crew perished during the crash.
Before leaving, I searched the surrounding compartments and found several ancient supply boxes. I interacted with the containers and gathered all the useful materials left behind.
Then I pried open a heavy back door to exit the sunken vessel. Once clear of the structure, I swam hard toward the surface to get back into open air.
As I swam toward the surface, one of the underwater machines detected my presence and began rushing toward me.
I quickly called my Sunwing to pick me up right off the surface, narrowly escaped the creature before it could attack me. The machine also reached the surface following me but I was already out of danger.
Once safely in the air, I flew along the edge of the lake and brought my Sunwing down to land near the riverside, bringing this part of the journey to a safe end.
