I flew my Sunwing over a lush forest in search of side quests before returning to base. I landed at Fall's Edge, met Nakko, and accepted a quest to find his missing brother. I then flew to the Valley of the Fallen and spoke with Marshall Ivvira.
And I'm sharing them for Gaming Photography Weekly Contest
I was flying my Sunwing peacefully through a beautiful, lush forest, taking in the stunning scenery and high-detail surroundings while looking for a side quest to tackle before heading back to base.
I was not quite ready to dive into the next main mission yet, preferring instead to enjoy roaming freely across the vibrant landscape. As I glided lower, the machine mount began drawing unwanted attention from wild machines below.
Which immediately opened fire with explosive attacks the moment they spotted us. I steered clear of their fire, taking in the picturesque waterfalls and cliffs dotting the area.
I steered the Sunwing toward Fall's Edge after noticing an available side quest in the settlement. Because I could not cross directly into the restricted perimeter while riding the machine, I brought the Sunwing up to a higher altitude so I could jump off and use my glider to reach the location much faster.
I leapt into a brief free fall while my Sunwing hovered far above in case I needed it again later. Opening my glider at the right moment to avoid a fatal landing, I safely coasted down into the camp.
Once on the ground, I made my way toward the quest giver, a man named Nakko, to hear what he needed. Nakko explained that his younger brother had ventured into a dangerous valley that had been strictly closed off for months.
Despite warnings about the deadly machines overrunning the area, his brother had refused to listen and had convinced two others to join him on his reckless trip. They had been missing for days, though strange glowing lights had been seen near the coast where they went.
With the quest accepted, I whistled for my Sunwing mount, which swooped down instantly to scoop me up onto its back. We flew straight toward the entrance of the Valley of the Fallen.
The area had been abandoned by the Lowland Tenakth after swarms of hostile machines moved in, making it an extremely dangerous location to explore.
Upon reaching the valley, I brought the Sunwing down near the entrance to begin my search. Near the perimeter, I came across Marshall Ivvira alongside an injured Tenakth warrior.
I landed nearby and approached them to figure out what had happened. Ivvira explained that he had been dispatched to rescue the missing party, but the surviving warrior grimly revealed that the rest of his companions had not survived the onslaught.
The valley remained overrun with lethal machines and eerie glowing lights, making it as cursed as the rumors suggested. Marshall Ivvira offered to fight alongside Aloy to clear out the threat, but Aloy insisted on pressing forward into the dangerous valley alone.
The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.
SEE YOU.
