To get us started today. We show this to you first. It is lovely I think.
But we are always looking for the perfect spot or place Friends, as it appears to us.
When we find it.
It can be so precious to us, that we will spend all that we have to obtain it.
Like the proverbial pearl of great price.
So, if such a place exists to me in my mind.
Let us begin our walk together to see the gem of a location and see if I am right?
I can only hope that I have recorded it well enough to give you a glimpse of what I see.
We will look at an empty lot to see what it can look like if we are in the right location.
And not far from that is this property.
And what do we see about this property that could make it interesting?

Good fences makes good neighbors? An old saying that I have heard for years.
As we walk along getting to our destination. This looked so good to me.
I had to show it to you too. Remember? I like open areas.
See the street signs? If you are interested? You can look it up.
As we walk along down the street. We see this. It looks nice to me.
It isn't for sale I don't think.
I am still pointing the way for you.
No. This is not it. It is a few doors up from "my" ideal spot in Venice Florida.
Why do I think so? Too many reasons to list here. But #1 would be accessibility.
And what are some of the amenities of value that are nearby without sacrificing some privacy?
I will explain a little later.
Hundreds of vehicles moving along on my street is not ideal to me.
A little hidden corner appeals to me much more. It always has.
As you can see above. The builders are hard at work building for you or anyone interested.
But, the price below could shock you. They will want top dollar for this one in this location.
Do you dare to ask? Help yourself. I have given you the opportunity. lol
OK. You have waited long enough. I will show you the house of my dreams.
Are you ready? Drum roll here. Ha ha "This is it"
Francis. Have you lost your marbles? That is not a dream house. Oh but Friends. It is.
Just wait until I show you where it is located.
And for you real estate people. What is the most important factor about properties?
Location location location. I have heard that saying for years.
First. Let us look across the road directly in front of the house. What do you see?
Open spaces. At least for now. And even it someone builds on it later.
It is unlikely that they would build anything at the back of the lot.
The most likely spot would be the center of the lot.
I could be wrong. But for now..........................
(Oh, it isn't for sale. I didn't see any signs.)
Now what do you see? I like this..............
More evidence.
It is next to the acreage of the "army training grounds."
And it is no longer used for training purposes.
With a drainage ditch on the right side when facing the property next to the training ground.
And looking up the ditch away from the house.
And the yard/lot joins the "Legacy Bicycle Trail" in the back. Maybe 200 feet away.
But, the trees and shrubs shields you from the trail view. Yes, you could clear it out.
I wouldn't. Privacy???
This is looking from the trail at the only house next to my dream home.
While "my dream" house is not for sale. It could be bought. Probably should be close to $300 thousand dollars because of location. And if you wanted it right now. Closer to $400 thousand is my guess.
It isn't worth that to me. $300 thousand dollars would be my top price.
Later on as some months and years go by.
It could be $500 thousand dollars. Demand outstrips availability.
That is it my Friends. I have shown to you my dream house. Or more correctly put.
My dream house location. Remember. The canal and bicycle trail are right behind it.
Don't forget the one that is now being built 3 or 4 doors back up the street.
It will be super place for some lucky buyer.
I have changed the format of my work just a little today.
