High from the 14th floor at Belterra. It is a "birds eye view" for sure. It is pretty to look out and see the river and the surrounding countryside from that height in the air.
I do like it. I just don't want to be overtaken with all the hype of casino living. Ha
Truthfully, I enjoy "homesteading and trading" just as well, if not better.
But, I am not alone. I am married..................................................lol
So we do the right thing. We accommodate the wants and wishes of the other half as well.
While I would rarely, if ever go there myself. I make the best of it in this situation.
And I always love a challenge. If I am put into a situation that I have to deal with.
I look for ways to be satisfied and happy about it.

Now, I think that is happy. lol
For the record. The machines made me a twenty dollar ($20) dollar winner this time. So that
puts me back to $67.50 dollars and to the plus column since I started keeping records of my playing at Belterra.
It could have been a $17.50 loss just as easily. But this time. My plan and method of play prevailed.
This is the game of choice for me. It doesn't cost much and if I follow my rules. I would only
lose just a little money.
Remember? I am not a gambler. If I cannot break even over time or win just a little. I will stop the game.
I don't like to lose. Ha

It is what is called a (9 & 6) Jacks or Better game. That is not what I get to play. Mine is (8 & 5).
And that is not as good. But, in some places. It is even less. Ugh Anything less than 8 & 5.

I may have revised the strategy a little since I had posted this back at that time.
But, the thought is the same. Don't lose your money. Why do that if you don't have to. Ha
Oh, and I play a 0.25 cent machine now. Not the dollar machine. My strategy is still in "beta"
if you will allow me to use the term . lol
If you do not have "discipline and will power." It would be better if you stayed out of the casinos.
Unless you have an endless supply of money. The casinos don't build cities with their own money.
On to my trading. Let's look at the trading DOM. Keep in mind that I was away from the
computer most of the day Friday.
Sadly the trading DOM isn't showing any green numbers.
Can you see why I am not so excited about the casinos? I like green numbers on my Daniels Trading DOM. lol
Homesteading? What is that? Ha
I would rather have been down on the land clearing and cleaning up the place.
But, I will soon. The "iron horse" will soon be ready.
It just takes some time. At my age. I don't need to be working everyday anyway.
Pat is right. Enjoy life a little while you can. It could get a little tough to move around
at some point in the next few months/years. I can do almost anything now.
So, make happy today. Tomorrow will take care of itself.
