Yum! That's a heck of a breakfast!

Here's a breakfast I had a couple weeks ago. The wife made homemade bread, which I had warm with brie. A piece of home cured bacon too, and the bread was doused in some of the grease. I always prefer to retain the fat from my meat.

Y'all's bacon looks different over there, more like a really thin sliced pork chop. Our bacon here comes from the belly of the pig, what part is yours from?
