This trip I show the beauty of the area in which I run.
I am happy with the nature that surrounds me. I am really happy that it is so beautiful in the world. During such a 3 hour run, I recharge the batteries for a whole week, cleanse my mind and body. Running in such surroundings is very positive.
While running, I show the exit from the "adit of the black trout", the antique underground.
The run takes me about 3 hours and during this time I run nearly 30 kilometers.
