"Malibu" Prawn Skewers
Our "Malibu" marinade consists of one bottle of Mae Ploy Sweet Chile Suace, and one 12oz can of coconut milk. It goes well with chicken too!

"Flagship" Cheese, from Seattle
Made by Beecher's in Seattle, WA. It tastes of soft, young Parmesan, with a hint of earthy-tang. The best cheese I've had the pleasure to break open in 2017!
