Hello Foodies,
Today, I came here with an interesting post regarding detoxification and detox tea. What is Detox TEA? But before jumping into tea, we should know what is detoxification and how it works with your body. Detox is basically a process, in which the body neutralises and eliminates harmful substances such as waste products, chemicals, and toxins that have accumulated in the body.
From where these harmful substances came into your body? These substances can come from the alcoholic drinks, processed foods, drugs, metabolic byproducts, and environmental pollutants. We can't avoid every such things that caused harmful substances in your body that's why we have to remove these by detoxification. Hope you get my point.
In detoxification, our body organs such as kidneys, liver, intestines, and lungs carried out in this natural physiological process. All of the organs works together to filter such substances from your body through digestion, respiration, urine production, metabolism, and sweat production.
Let's come to the detox tea which I received few weeks ago from a dietitian who recently launched this product and she sent me for free to try. I tried thrice times to figure out if it works or not. Damn, it works good even helps to digest your food effectively.
I had used this tea before that's why I'm here with my review that how it works. It works really good if you continuously used to have it once a day for at least two straight months. It has only 8 kcal in 1 tablespoon so you do not need to worry about calories if you are very conscious about it. It has a divine aroma because it included hibiscus, green tea leaves, rose petal, fennel seeds, cardamom, Licorice root, and Moringa leaves.
Let's get started with recipe:
