The Helmet.
Yesterday, the foam and leather-lined interior of the helmet I use for passengers went missing—I literally have no idea how, when, or where it happened—and this is quite concerning, since both the police and the National Guard have strict rules against motorcyclists who don’t wear helmets; they can even impound your motorcycle and issue hefty fines.
But in this situation, the solution I’ve found is to repair the helmet immediately.
With the help of a friend who owns an upholstery shop, this repair was made much easier for me.
To ensure satisfactory results, use foam and a mesh to reinforce the structure, along with a very strong adhesive—the kind normally used to glue shoes—that can bond the plastic and this foam material without damaging the surface.
