Hello, beer lovers!

This week we visited Romania and it's time to test beer. since we are in the Count Dracula area we stopped at Teapa lui Vlad on Barlog.

The flavor is dynamic.

First, the malty sweetness kicks in with caramel and bread crust notes, then exotic and stone fruit aromas arise together on a cognac "feel" and meet flowery and resinous hop notes.

Then sweetness leans back allowing the hops to take the lead and bring the flavor to a more grassy tint that cleans your palate to a fresh and dry finish which lingers on the bitter side.

it's rather a treat for the adventurer in you. But still, the smooth mouthfeel provides sufficient coziness for it to feel pleasant and highly drinkable.
