Visited Berlin in September 2016. I have always admired Germany for being such a hard working, pragmatic, efficient and civilized country. Like every country on earth, it has committed its share of evil. But, at least it has owned up to it and repented, and is committed to not repeating history again....unlike Japan which still denies responsibility for any of the evil crimes it has committed.
Respect has to be earned and it's no wonder most Asians do not respect Japan.
