Hello dear friends. I'm here again with my post on Sunday. We try to organize an activity on Sunday of every week to get rid of the intense stress of the week. We were aware that these activities would decrease with the cooling of the weather. Today, we realized that the weather will be sunny and it will not be cold in the morning and we planned an event. We decided to go to the dam lake in our region where many people picnic and fish.
Merhaba değerli arkadaşlar. Yine bir pazar günü paylaşımımla sizlerin karşındayım. Her haftanın pazar günü haftanın yoğun stresinden kurtulmak için bir etkinlik yapmaya çalışıyoruz. Havaların soğuması ile bu etkinliklerin azalacağının farkındaydık. Bugün sabah havanın güneşli olduğunu ve soğuk olmayacağını anlayıp bir etkinlik planlaması yaptık. Bölgemizde bulunan ve bir çok insanın piknik yapıp, balık tuttuğu baraj gölüne gitmeye karar verdik.
Before going to this lake, which is also called Trukuaz Lake, we started to plan what we would do there and how we would spend the day. We got the information that it is possible to fish there during this period and we took our fishing rods with us first. Since we decided to have a nice picnic there, we did not neglect to buy the necessary materials for the picnic. Normally, we used to cook and eat sac kebab at such picnics. However, this time we decided to make skewers. That's why we set our ingredients for skewers this time.
Trukuaz Gölü olarak da adlandırılan bu göle gitmeden önce orada neler yapacağımızı, günü nasıl geçireceğimizi planlamaya koyulduk.
Orada bu dönemde balık tutulabileceği bilgisini aldık ve yanımıza öncelikle oltalarımızı aldık. Daha sonra orada güzel bir piknik yapmaya karar verdiğimiz için piknik için gereken malzemeleri de almayı ihmal etmedik. Normalde bu tür pikniklerde sac kebabı yapıp yiyorduk. Ancak bu sefer çöp şiş yapmaya karar verdik.
Bu nedenle malzemelerimizi bu sefer çöp şiş için ayarladık.
In addition, we did not neglect to take a tea samovar with us to enjoy tea in front of the view of the lake. We loaded all the necessary materials into the vehicle and proceeded towards the area, which was about twenty minutes away. When we reached the shore of the dam lake, we first put the floor exhibitions we brought in order to be able to sit against the view of the lake. On the other hand, we took our fishing rod and went to the area where the water was flowing enthusiastically in order to catch fish.
Ayrıca yanımıza gölün manzarası karşısında çay keyfi yapabilmek için çay semaveri almayı da ihmal etmedik. Gereken tüm malzemeleri araca yükleyip yaklaşık yirmi dakika kadar uzaklıktaki bölgeye doğru ilerledik.
Baraj gölünün kıyısına ulaştığımızda gölün manzarasına karşı öncelikle oturabilmek için getirdiğimiz yer sergilerini serdik.
Bir yandan da balık tutabilmek için oltamızı alıp suyun coşkun aktığı bölgeye doğru gittik.
When we got there, we realized that others from us were trying to fish there as well. We went to them and chatted with them. They said that they came from Konya and they had been here for two days. They also stated that they could not catch fish. Although this situation bothered us a little, we threw our fishing rods into the depths of the lake. As a result of our fishing rod being empty a few times, our enthusiasm for fishing gradually decreased.
Oraya ulaştığımızda bizden başkalarının da orada balık tutmaya çalıştığını farkettik. Yanlarına giderek onlarla sohbet ettik. Konya ilinden geldiklerini ve iki gündür burada olduklarından bahsettiler.
Balık tutamadıklarını da belirttiler. Bu durum bizim biraz canımızı sıksa da oltalarımızı bizde gölün derinliklerine doğru attık. Bir kaç kez oltamızın boş gelmesi sonucu balık tutma konusundaki hevesimiz giderek azaldı.
We came back to where I was going to sit, throwing our fishing rods towards the lake again. After chatting for a while here, we wanted to light our fire. However, it seemed quite difficult to find firewood around. Therefore, we went to a point where we could get back in the vehicle and find wood. After collecting enough wood, we returned to the area where I was going to sit. We burned the wood and waited for it to become coal. On the one hand, we were burning our fire, and on the other hand, we were fenced off and continuing to chat.
Oltalarımızı tekrardan göle doğru atıp oturacağım yere tekrar geldik. Burada biraz sohbet ettikten sonra ateşimizi yakmak istedik. Ancak çevrede yakacak odun bulmak bi hayli zor görünüyordu. Bu nedenle araca tekrar binip odun bulabileceğimiz bir noktaya gittik. Yeteri kadar odunu topladıktan sonra tekrar oturacağım bölgeye döndük.
Odunları yakıp kömür olmasını bekledik. Bir yandan ateşimizi yanıyor diğer yandan çekirdek çitleyip sohbet etmeye devam ediyorduk.
After getting close to the formation of coal, we lit a fire in the samovar to brew our tea. While the water in the samovar was sliding, we started to string the meat on the skewers. When we skewered the meat, we put a piece of fat next to each piece of meat. After we filled all the skewers with meat, we put them on the coals to cook.
Kömürün oluşmasına yaklaştıktan sonra bir yandan da çayımızın demlenmesi için semavere ateş yaktık. Semaverdeki su kayarken bir yandan da etleri şişlere dizmeye başladık. Etleri şişlere dizerken her et parçasının yanına bir yağ parçası koyuyorduk. Tüm şişleri etlerle doldurduktan sonra pişirmek üzere kömürün üzerine koyduk.
We also roasted peppers and onions to serve as appetizers on our table close to the cooking of the meat. With its peppers and onions being roasted, our table has begun to be set. We set our table and ate our dinner against the view.
Etlerin pişmesine yakın soframıza meze olması adına biber ve soğan da közledik.
Biberleri ve soğanlarında közlenmesi ile artık soframız kurulmaya başlandı. Soframızı kurup manzaraya karşı yemeğimizi yedik.
We gathered around to leave the area where the dam lake is located, where we spent a beautiful day. We were careful not to put garbage around.
