I have owned a pair of the 3M Worktunes wireless hearing protection bluetooth noise cancelling headphones for several years.
Recently, the cushions on them tore and basically needed replacing.
I scoured the internet trying to find replacement ear cushions and couldn't find them. What I did find was a 3M Social Care representative mentioned to call them regarding this issue at 1-800-494-3552. I gave them a call and to my surprise, they shipped me new cushions for free. I just received them and they were very easy to install.
I was very glad they both had the cushions and they gave them to me and didn't even charge me shipping. This was a great gesture of customer service by 3M and I'll be much more likely to look for one of their products the next time I'm shopping for something like that.
