Whenever I v isit Vienna for a photography trip, the ground squirrels, the hamsters and the bunnies are a must for me to visit there. It is such a great feeling watching these cute little animals living so close to humans and a lot of the humans don't even know it or notice them. When Stefan and I visited the spot where the bunnies live the place was crowded with several people doing sports, running or just walking with their children, but most of the people realized that there are bunnies when they saw us photographing them. The bunnies try to hide in the undergrowth or in spots that are not so much crowded with people, and since the move very slow and usually don't make any noise they are often not noticed at all.

The good thing about them living in Vienna is that they are used to humans and it is easier to get very close to them for some pictures. You usually just need to lay down and wait for some minutes to bea able to take some shots like this with a long lens. Because of their brown color they are easily unnoticed in the undergrowth and between the brown leaves that can be found on the ground there.
