This summer i only had the luck to whitness a thunderstorm about 2 times. In April the first thunderstorm of this year hit Linz. I decided to take some pictures from my window and i was pretty lucky to catch some nice lightning strikes. The lightnings where not hitting the earth but only discharged in the clouds. Everytime i catch a thunderstorm i don''t find the perfect background for it. would really like to have a nice big building in the foreground and the lightings in the background but i don't find an apropriate building here in Linz. My dream would be a lighting hitting the Eifel Tower in Paris or the Big Ben in London.
