Mérida is a dream city here in my country.
A cold climate, snowy mountains, romantic, a city for couples.
We were at a motorbike event, or well, he had gone to the event and while we were there he called me to go with him (we were not a couple yet).
I live on the other side of Merida so I literally crossed a whole country to meet him!
When I arrived in Mérida 🏔️🚠🚡 it was night. We were at the event and arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am.
Take a count: temperatures of 0°, it was early morning and all day travelling I had to take a bath!
I ask: Is there hot water?
And he says: Yes! I used it early. You take a bath first.
I go into the shower and turn it on 🧖🛀🚿🚿🚿🚿
The COLD water starts to fall ❄️❄️❄️❄️ and I'm moving the faucets and no hot water 🌡️🔥 and I was mentally saying to myself: Flor wait she's coming.
Several seconds passed, that cold and no hot water. Then I asked myself: Could it be that there is hot water and because of the cold I don't feel it?
So that's how I got under that freezing water! ❄️🚿❄️🚿❄️🏔️🏔️🏔️ .
It came out almost frozen and then my partner also bathed under that freezing water with the same result.
Mérida es una ciudad de ensueño aquí en mi país. Un clima frío, montañas con Nieve, romántica, una ciudad para parejas. Estábamos en un evento de motos, o bueno, el había ido al evento y estando allá me llamó para que me fuera con él (aún no éramos pareja). Yo vivo al otro lado de Mérida así que literalmente ¡Atravesé un país entero para reunirme con él! Cuando llegue a Mérida 🏔️🚠🚡 era de noche. Estuvimos en el evento y llegamos al hotel a las 3:00 a. m.
Saquen cuenta: temperaturas de 0°, era de madrugada y todo el día viajando ¡Tenía que bañarme! Le pregunto: ¿Hay agua caliente? Y me dice: ¡Si! Yo lo usé temprano. Báñate tu primero. Entro a la ducha y la abro 🧖🛀🚿🚿🚿🚿 Comienza a caer el agua FRIA ❄️❄️❄️ y yo moviendo las llaves y nada de agua caliente 🌡️🔥 y me decía mentalmente: Flor espera que ya viene.
Pasaron varios segundos, aquel frío y nada de agua caliente. Entonces yo me pregunté: ¿Será que hay agua caliente y por tanto frío no la siento? Entonces así mismo ¡Me metí bajo esa agua congelada! ❄️🚿❄️🚿❄️🏔️🏔️🏔️ . Salió casi congelada y luego mi pareja también se baño bajo esa agua helada con el mismo resultado.
The next day, when we woke up, my fingers were so cold that they were cracking ❄️🏔️🚿.
As I could, I went to the bathroom again and when I opened the keys, everything was hot! 🔥🌡️.
I took the opportunity to warm up under the shower 🚿, and get my bones back to normal. I knew I hadn't dreamt it in the night I had no hot water!
When we went down to the reception, we asked the guy what had happened to the water, which he answered:

Al día siguiente, al levantarnos, mis dedos estaban que se quebraban del frío que tenían ❄️🏔️🚿. Como pude fui nuevamente al baño y cuando abrí las llaves ¡Todo caliente! 🔥🌡️. Aproveché de calentarme bajo la ducha 🚿, y que mis hueso volvieran a la normalidad. Sabía que no lo había soñado ¡En la noche no tenía agua caliente!
Cuando bajamos a la recepción, le preguntamos al chico que había pasado con el agua, lo que nos contesta: ¡Ah!, Es que de noche apagamos el calentador. Pero me hubiesen dicho y yo se los prendía 😒😒😒😒😒. Solo quedó reírnos y ahora nos aseguramos que de noche haya agua caliente y si no ¡No nos bañamos! 🐷🐷🐷🐷💧💦.
