Hope all is safe and good!!!

Yesterday and early this morning the rain didn't stop. I am also 1 hour late from work because I'm too lazy get up. But I don't have a choice, I need to get up and do my duty for our daily living.

And before my off duty time, my boyfriend came. I asked him to bought the ingredients that I'll be needed to do another cooking experiment. And since I don't have a money I should budget well the ingredients for my experiment. This experiment that I am going to show off was so easy to make. And I called it "Creamy Mashed Sweet Potato with Tapioca Pearls". Are you all ready? Let's start.

INGREDIENTS:

  • sweet potato
  • coconut milk
  • sugar
  • water
  • sago
  • evaporated milk (optional)

PROCEDURE:
1.Washed and peel the potatoes. After that cut it into small sizes to cooked it quickly. (Here I prepared to cut some of them into small cubes because I will not mashed it later.

2.Prepare a caserole and put water into it to cooked the sweet potatoes so that it's so easy to mashed it.

3.While we are waiting the sweet potato to be cooked let's squeeze the grated coconut to produced coconut milk.

4.Once the sweet potato is already cooked let's mashed it while it's hot.

5.In a pan or caserole pour the coconut milk. Then let it boil.

6.Once it boil put the sago and sugar until it boils also.

7.Now put the mashed and cube potatoes into the pan. Mixed them well and lastly pour the evaporated milk.

8.Let it simmer for a minute, taste and ready to served.

Were done everyone. It's eating time. The taste of it is so good. It taste like a "Ginataang Bilo-bilo". Try to make it at your home. I'm sure your kids or your family will love it. And I have a tip for this, it's so delicious when it serves hot than cold. All in all my tummy was so happy.😊😊😘
