Hello Hivians. Spring is approaching and that makes me a little sentimental. It's not that I'm a very sentimental woman, quite the opposite, but at certain times of the year it does happen to me. Love and affection are very important things in life. For me, family is the most important thing there is, it goes far above anything else.
And there are many types of love, but I don't think the love of a mother can be compared to anything else. I love my mother madly. A small but strong woman like few others who had to support her family with great effort. I don't need external references in my life because my parents are clearly the reference. It is difficult to achieve so much having so little.
I doubt I will ever be able to achieve the same. My life has not been easy but thanks to them I had an education and that makes a lot of difference. Without money and without education you only have to fight, which is what they did.
Now as a mother of two beautiful children I realize how difficult it is to raise a family. Not only the typical economic difficulties that we can all have. But how to educate them and protect them at the same time, a balance that is difficult to achieve.
My love is unconditional but at the same time I have to educate them and not overprotect them otherwise they will never be able to take care of themselves. That would be an absolute failure.
